awesome hotel experience!

public transport is super easy from the city center (a quick tram ride of only 10 minutes!), and the area felt really safe and quiet. the staff were so cute and helpful, it. i found the room very comfortable and clean, a big plus after a long day of travelling. i got free public transport tickets for 36 hours too! (what a bonus!).

The toilet sensor light was not ideal. A switch would be much better.

the room was clean and well maintained. it included a comfortable bed and basic amenities, ideal for a short stay, and everything was in proper condition (nothing broken!).

While a full service restaurant wasn't available, the breakfast area offered a good selection of items. i saw fresh bread, cereals, and some hot options like scrambled eggs. Perfect for a quick start to the day!

the tram stop is conveniently located across from the building. it made traveling around easy. the included public transport tickets were a real bonus. it saved me money on getting around.

The toilet door didn't offer much privacy. It just pushed open. this was a bit awkward.

The hotel is located right across from a tram stop. I found it very convenient for getting around the area. They also offer drinking water all day, THAT was useful. I appreciated the option to heat up my own food at any time.

The room I booked for three adults lacked a separate bathroom. The shower opened directly into the bedroom with no wall. The toilet door also had no doorknob, quite UNUSUAL. I had to park outside the hotel on a grassy area by the tram tracks, because there was no space.

the location is convenient to a tram stop for reaching the city and the train station..

the room felt quite cold , i asked about increasing the heat, but central heating was in use and an extra blanket was the only option available, which wasn't ideal.
